"It was clear to me from the very beginning that we could create something here with great architectural aspirations," says Israel. The ambience should be inspiring and simply "make you want" to take it in at your leisure. The employees also feel visibly at home in the new premises and have no problem working late in the evenings. At the same time as the move, Marco Israel also introduced another innovation: "All meetings take place at our company with a highly creative approach, there's no room for a Power Point presentation anymore." Colleagues present their plans and concepts in the conference room standing up, writing directly on the wall.

„Für mich war von Anfang an klar, dass wir hier etwas mit großem architektonischem Anspruch schaffen können“, so Israel. Das Ambiente sollte inspirierend sein und einfach „Lust machen“, es in Ruhe auf sich wirken zu lassen. Auch die Mitarbeiter fühlen sich in den neuen Räumlichkeiten sichtlich wohl und haben kein Problem damit, abends mal länger zu arbeiten. Gleichzeitig zu dem Umzug führte Marco Israel auch gleich eine weitere Neuerung ein: „Alle Meetings finden bei uns mit einem hohen kreativen Ansatz statt, da ist für eine Power Point Präsentation kein Platz mehr.“ Die Kollegen stellen ihre Planungen und Konzepte im Konferenzraum im Stehen vor, schreiben dabei direkt an die Wand.

THE CHALLENGE

It took only two months to convert the former warehouse in an industrial park, which previously had only two walls. "Many customers come and say that they only now understand what we do." This is because in the new company building, the "walls can talk," showing the unlimited possibilities for the diverse applications at the POS, in trade fair and store fitting. Thus, the entire office reflects what the company stands for: The love of technology and the knowledge of the perfect brand presentation.

Nur zwei Monate dauerte der Umbau der ehemaligen Lagerhalle in einem Gewerbegebiet, in der vorher nur zwei Wände zu finden waren. „Viele Kunden kommen und sagen, dass sie erst jetzt verstehen, was wir machen.“ Denn in dem neuen Firmengebäude können die „Wände sprechen“, zeigen die unbegrenzten Möglichkeiten für die diversen Anwendungsmöglichkeiten am POS, im Messe- und Ladenbau. Damit spiegelt das gesamte Büro das wieder, wofür das Unternehmen steht: Die Liebe zur Technik und das Wissen um die perfekte Markenpräsentation.
